RETURN POLICY

We do not accept return requests in the following cases:

Returns due to personal preferences (such as dislike of color, inappropriate size);

The product has been used, washed, dyed or returned in a non-original condition;

Applications submitted after the return time limit;

Delivery failure or refusal due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

2. Return Application Process

If you need to return the product, please contact customer service by email or WhatsApp within 30 days of receiving the product and provide the following information:

Order number;

Problem description and clear photos or videos;

Desired handling method (return refund or re-shipment).

Customer service will review the application and provide return instructions within 2 working days (if applicable).

3. Return shipping
If the return is due to product quality or wrong delivery, we will bear the return shipping fee;

If the return is for personal reasons of the customer (subject to review and approval), the customer shall bear the return postage;

All returned goods must be sent back using a traceable logistics method to ensure that the return can be checked.

4. Refund method and time
After receiving and checking and confirming that the returned goods meet the requirements, we will arrange a refund within 6 working days:

Return to the account you used when paying (credit card, PayPal, etc.);

The refund arrival time varies depending on the payment channel.

If you use a coupon or discount code to purchase goods, only the amount you actually paid will be refunded.

5. Special Instructions
All returned goods must be unused, free of stains, odors, with intact labels and original packaging;

We do not accept unauthorized returns;

If the goods are purchased in bulk or customized products, please confirm clearly before placing an order. In principle, returns are not supported.
